Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on all orders over £500. For orders below this threshold, a flat delivery charge of £45 applies.
How long will delivery take?
In-stock pieces are delivered within 3–5 working days. Made-to-order pieces have lead times of 8–12 weeks — your order confirmation will confirm the expected date.
Do you offer white-glove delivery?
Yes. White-glove delivery (two-person, room of choice, packaging removal) is available for £120. Contact us before placing your order to arrange this.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 14-day return period on all in-stock pieces. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Made-to-order items are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defect.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@furniturell.design with your order number and we'll arrange collection. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving the piece.
Materials & Care
What wood do you use?
All our timber frames are solid European hardwood — primarily oak, walnut, and beech, sourced from FSC-certified suppliers. We don't use engineered board or MDF for structural components.
How do I care for solid wood furniture?
Wipe with a lightly damp cloth for everyday cleaning. Re-oil or re-wax once a year using a product appropriate to the finish. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and keep away from radiators.
Can I request a fabric or finish sample?
Yes — email us or use the contact form. We'll send samples free of charge.
Orders & Warranty
What does your 10-year guarantee cover?
The guarantee covers structural defects in frames and joints. It does not cover fair wear and tear, damage from misuse, or fabric/leather wear. Full terms are in our Terms & Conditions.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
In-stock orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Made-to-order pieces can be cancelled within 48 hours; after this, cancellations may incur a charge.
