1. Your 14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel an order for in-stock pieces up to 14 days after the day your furniture is delivered, for any reason. Let us know within that period through the quote form or by WhatsApp, and we'll arrange the return. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

2. Condition of returned items

Items should be returned in their original condition. You may unpack and inspect furniture as you would in a shop, but items showing use beyond that may have a deduction applied to the refund to reflect any reduction in value. Where possible, keep the original packaging to protect the item in transit.

3. Made-to-order items

Items made or finished to your specification are non-returnable except where they arrive faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods.

4. Faulty or damaged on arrival

If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us as soon as you can with photos. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you. Please check your furniture on delivery and tell the team straight away if you spot any damage.

5. Collection & return costs

For a change-of-mind cancellation we can arrange collection of larger items; a collection charge may apply and will be confirmed before we book it. Returns due to a fault or our error are collected free of charge.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the returned item (or of agreeing a refund for a faulty item). Refunds include the standard delivery you paid; any premium or out-of-area delivery surcharge is non-refundable.

7. Guarantee

All frames carry a 10-year structural guarantee against manufacturing defects, separate from your returns rights. See our Terms & Conditions for the full guarantee terms.

8. How to start a return

To cancel an order or report a problem, get in touch through the quote form or by WhatsApp with your order details. We'll guide you through the next steps. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
