1. Orders

By placing an order you confirm you are over 18 and that the information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is that shown at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery

Lead times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control. Risk passes to you on delivery.

4. Returns & Refunds

In-stock pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Made-to-order pieces are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defect. Refunds are issued within 5 working days of receipt.

5. Guarantee

All frames carry a 10-year structural guarantee against manufacturing defects. This guarantee does not cover fair wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage resulting from improper use or care.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
