How to choose the right wardrobe size
A simple way to decide between a 2-door wardrobe, 4-door wardrobe, mirrored doors and extra drawer storage.

Start with the room, not the wardrobe
Measure the wall where the wardrobe will sit, then check the space needed for doors, drawers and walking around the bed. A wardrobe can fit the wall and still feel too large if the room is tight.
As a rule, single bedrooms usually suit a 2-door wardrobe. Main bedrooms and shared rooms are usually better with a 4-door wardrobe because the storage is easier to divide.
Choose drawers when floor space is limited
A wardrobe with lower drawers can reduce the need for a separate chest of drawers. That is useful in smaller Birmingham bedrooms where every wall matters.
If you already have enough drawer storage, a simpler wardrobe gives you more hanging space and keeps the layout cleaner.
Mirrors help smaller rooms feel brighter
Mirrored doors are practical, but they also bounce light around the room. They are a good choice for narrow bedrooms, darker rooms and spaces where there is no clear wall for a separate mirror.
For a calmer look, choose the same finish across the wardrobe, chest and bedside cabinet.
